The need for round-trip engineering arises when the same information is present in multiple artifacts and therefore an inconsistency may occur if not all artifacts are consistently updated to reflect a g...
This video provides details of the first two steps of the traditional four-step travel demand model: (1) trip generation; and (2) trip distribution. Under trip distribution, three methods for estimating the number of trips generated by a specific area or development type are covered. These methods include: (a) trip rates; (b) cross-classification; and (c) regression models. For trip distribution, the Gravity model is introduced, which is the most commonly applied method for estimating inter- and intra-zonal trips based on travel times.

ASME invited Engineering Ambassadors to speak at the 2013 ASME International ME Education Leadership Summit. Kathleen Prilutski and Lola Buonomo were selected to travel to San Diego to share with ASME the Engineering Ambassador program and mission. Here is a short video of our adventure on the other side of country.
My, Wesley Morgan, first trip with Engineering Ministries International (EMI). Through the EMI East Africa office I joined a team which offered our services free of charge to Eagles Wings Children's Village in the Masaka region of Uganda near the village of Lukaya. We surveyed their existing 72 acre site, developed a site master plan, and designed several buildings. The team consisted of Surveyors, Civil Technicians, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, and a Landscape Architect. This video doesn't highlight the work we did for Eagles Wings. This video shows a fragment of our week on site and the time we spent with the amazing children of Eagles Wings.
